THOM FULMER — PASTOR
I am grateful to serve as pastor of Northwest Community Church. Celia and I have been married for 29 years and counting. Our kids are grown, but we love when we get the opportunity to be together as a family.
My passion is for people to know how much God loves them; that Jesus didn’t come to condemn, but to grant each of us a full, abundant and joyful life. I want people to know they can trust Jesus with their lives, and the lives of those they love most. If you haven’t considered or experienced God like this, please feel free to reach out to me. SCOTT THACKER — EXECUTIVE PASTOR
My wife Heather and I, along with our three children, have been part of Northwest Community Church for the past seven years. In 2023, I joined the Northwest staff as Executive Pastor. In my role, I oversee all the operational aspects of our church including finances, HR, and technology. I also have the privilege of partnering with Thom in teaching our Sunday worship service. whitney wiseman — Associate Pastor
I am grateful and excited to be a part of the team at Northwest Community Church and serve as associate pastor. Our family of 4 is passionate about the mission of our church to love God, love one another, and be the church in this community.
Each one of us is on a unique spiritual journey. I love to walk with people as they take hold of the hope of Jesus, discover the next step in their relationship with God, and grow in their faith. It's way more fun to navigate life together; so, let's go to lunch, grab a coffee, or walk Town Lake!
JESSICA HARMON — CHILDRENS PASTOR
I am honored to serve as the children's pastor of Northwest Community Church! I have felt so loved by our church community over the years, so I'm excited to help our kids and families feel that same support and care.
I am constantly amazed by our tiny humans and everything they represent about Jesus's heart. My prayer for our ministry is that our kids and families have a special place in our church that they feel moved to invite others into.

Jay Lea — worship leader
My wife, Abby, and I, along with our two kids, Madyson and Cooper, have been involved at Northwest Community Church for many years. In 2022, I formally joined the staff as Worship Leader. I love music and have loved leading our community in corporate worship on Sunday mornings. Working with our teams is one of my greatest privileges, and I am always looking for others who are passionate about serving the Church with their gifts. If you’re interested, let me know!
